JOB DESCRIPTION:
Attend to all the customer's requirements Managing the reception desk

Share information regarding the services available in the facility

Renting out equipment and assigning facilities to customers

Collecting payment for ticket payment When required checking of customers tickets related to services to be provided Giving safety instructions to the customers and helping them with various systems Reporting faults to maintenance staff Answering and making phone calls in appropriate manner

Taking reservations and organising bookings

Providing full receptionist function by providing the customers with an enjoyable visit

Record and track customer's complaint and feedback Report on customer issues to management Share knowledge and ideas to improve the service offered.

Job Specific Accountability

Full responsibility for the customer counter including the cash and customer services Knowledge of the venue facilities Assisting other team members


Minimum Qualifications:
Secondary school


Minimum Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in a similar sports related environment.


Requirements:

Good spoken and written English

Customer service experience is preferred Computer skills Able to join ASAP Salary offered -AED 4000 up to AED 4500
