    As an Inventory Controller yourprimary responsibility will be to oversee and manage all aspects ofinventory control within a company or organization. You will beresponsible for monitoring and maintaining current inventory levelsensuring accurate and timely data entry and conducting regularinventory audits to identify discrepancies or issues. Your rolewill involve developing and implementing inventory managementprocedures to optimize efficiency and minimize loss. Additionallyyou will be working closely with other departments to coordinateinventory transfers resolve stock discrepancies and ensure properstock rotation. The ideal candidate will possess strongorganizational skills attention to detail and the ability to workwell under pressure in a fastpaced environment. A background ininventory management or supply chain operations is preferred forthis role.

    • Monitor and maintainaccurate inventory records through regular stock counts andaudits.
    • Analyze inventory levels and trends tooptimize stock levels and reduce excess or obsoleteinventory.
    • Coordinate with purchasing andlogistics teams to ensure timely delivery and availability ofstock.
    • Implement and maintain inventory controlprocedures to minimize errors anddiscrepancies.
    • Collaborate with otherdepartments to forecast inventory needs and manage stockreplenishment.
    • Investigate and resolveinventory discrepancies and report on rootcauses.
    • Develop and implement strategies toimprove inventory accuracy andefficiency.
    • Supervise and train inventory staffto ensure effective performance and compliance with inventoryprocesses.
    • Generate inventory reports analyzedata and make recommendations forimprovements.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatoryrequirements related to inventorymanagement.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelorsdegree in business administration supply chain management or arelated field.
    • Proven experience working ininventory management or control.
    • Stronganalytical and problemsolvingskills.
    • Proficiency in inventory managementsoftware and Microsoft Excel.
    • Excellentcommunication and organizationalskills.
