    1. Client Relationship Management:

    Work closely with clients and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

    Develop project plans, allocate resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

    Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.

    3. Team Coordination:

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment with project goals.

    Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members to maximize productivity and creativity.

    4. Quality Assurance:

    Ensure the delivery of high-quality AI solutions by implementing and maintaining rigorous quality assurance processes.

    Conduct regular reviews of project deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and industry standards.

    5. Financial Management:

    Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial goals are met.

    Provide accurate and timely financial reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

    6. Business Development:

    Identify opportunities for upselling additional AI services to existing clients.

    Collaborate with the sales team to contribute to the development of proposals and pitches for new business opportunities.
