Must have experience in handling Finance Metal/FMCG/Wood/Oil & Gas Manufacturing Industries

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and oversee day to day operations of the Company's Finance Department (AR & AP).
  • Responsible for financial planning, Cost Controlling, forecasting, budgeting and analysis of financial accounts.
  • Collate information with relevant departments and analyses project costs, revenue and related balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis and comment on variance.
  • Tabulate and process project accounting adjustments as per latest FRS standard.
  • Prepare reconciliation of project modules, intercompany transactions and general ledger.
  • Ensure accuracy and all reporting deadlines are met.
  • Management of cash flow and credit control.
  • Update of daily cash book and petty cash management.
  • Provide guidance, advice and support to the Finance team (including subsidiaries) at the operational level.
  • Consolidation of Group Accounts for multiple Industries.
  • Perform monthly reporting and review of Financial Statement for Management.
  • Submission of Quarterly GST reports.
  • Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents on financing, treasury, accounting, taxation and insurance risk matters.
  • Provide inputs and analytical reports for the preparation of yearly Financial Budget Overall control of General Ledger and consolidated accounts
  • Ensure all reconciliations (Balance Sheet schedules
  • Prepaid/Accrued/Fixed Assets) and Intercompany.
  • Reconciliations are completed each month end Gather and process data for adhoc Management Reports (task basedunstructured) Coordinating with Shareholders and Uploading the TB of all the entities.

Treasury Bank Reconciliation:


  • Reconciliation of all the Companies bank accounts on monthly basis. Bank accounts in UAE.
  • Accounting of Bank transaction:
  • Accounting of Internal transfer, Bank charges, Internal company, Salary and other payment JV's

Finance Charges:
Calculation and apportionment on monthly basis Loans: - Creation, Settlement and its interest charges on BFM Interest: - Review and

Accounting Documentation:

  • Collection of bank statement and other bank documents etc, Review and filing of bank documents and records.
  • Review Tax Filing prepared by Entities Ensure timely filing of Tax returns Audit documentation and reporting of Entities Ensure retention of documentation used for filing of returns.

Compliance

  • Providing data and coordinating with In-Country Value (ICV) consultants for issue ICV certificate. Filing of UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) with Ministry of Finance as and when required. Filing of Annual ESR (Economic Substance Regulation) filing with the Ministry of Finance. Providing data for SDAC Survey for (UAE all states) trade licenses, as and when requested by statistical department.

Audit

  • Audit Ensuring standalone and consolidated financials are prepared, audited and completed on time. Providing the data for the corporate and other dormant entities. Preparing and providing the audit runners for standalone as well as consolidated financials. Coordinating with the group entities in getting the financials and other documents processed and signed by shareholder.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance / ACCA or equivalent.
  • Chartered Accountant (C.A.) / Inter
  • C.A. with 46 years of postqualification experience
  • At least 57 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • Good working knowledge of Oracle Financial Applications & MS Office.
  • Preferably with experience in Manufacturing industries.
  • Meticulous and able to work independently.
  • Selfmotivated, resourceful and with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Possess problem solving and strong analytical skills.
  • Able to work in Tuas.
  • 5 Days work week.
  • Company transport provided at designated MRT stations.
  • Preferably available for work immediate or within short notice.
