    Description


    • Develops and maintains complexdata analysis models and tools, including data visualization anddashboards, for real estate communication, decision making, andreporting. Will use multiple sources of data to compilemultifaceted reports.


    • Budgets andforecasts annual occupancy costs across the portfolio for 40+individual locations. Analyzes and adjusts those budgets/forecastsquarterly and identify key variances andadjustments.


    • Produces original contentand reports (including PowerPoint presentations) on a quarterly andad hoc basis to summarize real estate financial performance andrelated results, issues, and recommendations. Report findings tosenior leaders and executiveaudiences.


    • Manages and maintains realestate leasing agreements and addresses landlord performanceconcerns


    • Partner with management todevelop real estate strategies in partnership with Facilities,brokers and internal executivestakeholders.
