Duties and Responsibilities:

Deal with company law and corporate matters;
Drafting and review of legal documents, including contracts, legal opinions, resolutions,

Drafting of contracts and commercial negotiations,

POAs etc.;

Legal Research;
Drafting and amendments of Memorandum and Articles of Association of companies;
Assisting with the preparation of bank forms for clients;
Communicate with Central regulators in DIFC and Dubai including CBD;
Review and drafting of internal policies;
Assisting compliance officers for our clients with regards to the Dubai regulatory

framework;

**Salary will be discuss upon interview.
