Description

Ray White International is looking for dynamic Telesales professionals to join our team with a focus on driving sales within the real estate industry in the UAE
, your role will involve engaging with potential clients, showcasing our real estate offerings, and playing a pivotal role in fostering the expansion of our business.


Key Responsibilities:

Ø Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce them to real estate properties and services offered by the company

Ø Develop a deep understanding of the real estate properties available for sale, including their features, pricing, and location. Be able to answer client questions and provide detailed information

Ø Maintain a database of leads and clients, and regularly follow up with them to build and nurture relationships. Keep records of interactions and communications.

Ø Work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals set by the company. Track progress and report on sales metrics regularly.


Ø Collaborate with colleagues, including real estate agents, brokers, and support staff, to provide a seamless and comprehensive service to clients.

Ø Generating new leads through asking for referrals, networking, outsourcing and promotional venues which leads to potential sales.

Ø Booking appointments and meetings between the potential client and the Property Consultants


Qualifications:

Ø Proven experience in telesales/customer service role within the real estate industry in the UAE.

Ø Successful track record of meeting sales targets, preferably in a real estate context

Ø Proficiency in relevant computer programs and CRM systems

Ø Dynamic and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for real estate.

Ø Professional phone etiquette and a compelling speaking voice.

Ø Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Ø Fluency in European languages (Russian, German French, Italian, Spanish etc)

Ø Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Ø Familiarity with the UAE real estate market trends and regulations.
