The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both the kitchen and front-of-house activities, ensuring a seamless and high-quality dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Direct and coordinate the activities of the kitchen and dining room staff, maintaining high standards of food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
2) Collaborate with chefs to develop and refine menus, ensuring authentic Afghani and Irani flavors and presentations.
3) Ensure exceptional customer service, promptly addressing customer concerns and fostering an atmosphere of hospitality and warmth.
4) Lead, train, and motivate staff, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment.
