    Description

    We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our establishment, specializing in authentic Afghani and Persian dishes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both the kitchen and front-of-house activities, ensuring a seamless and high-quality dining experience for our guests.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1) Direct and coordinate the activities of the kitchen and dining room staff, maintaining high standards of food preparation, service, and cleanliness.

    2) Collaborate with chefs to develop and refine menus, ensuring authentic Afghani and Irani flavors and presentations.

    3) Ensure exceptional customer service, promptly addressing customer concerns and fostering an atmosphere of hospitality and warmth.

    4) Lead, train, and motivate staff, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment.

    5) Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, controlling costs, and minimizing waste.

    6) Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for both staff and customers.

    7) Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the restaurant, including special events, offers, and social media presence.

    *Qualifications:*

    Bachelor's degree in Food and Beverage Management or a related field.

    Proven experience in restaurant management, particularly in Afghani and Persian cuisine settings.

    Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

    Good financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and cost control.

    Proficiency in relevant computer applications and restaurant management software.
