    Le Code Ducharme est une entreprise qui chemine dans le monde de l dition juridique moderne en accompagnant leur client le dans le virage informatique, sans toutefois minimiser l importance de l dition papier, en continuant d offrir une gamme de produits de papeterie d di e aux avocats, aux notaires et aux municipalit s.

    Le titulaire du poste aura comme principale responsabilit la vente de forfaits corporatifs aux avocats et aux notaires, tout en assurant le service et le suivi de ces incorporations aupr s des clients, en plus de promouvoir les diff rents services de l entreprise.

    Votre quotidien:

    • D marchage de la nouvelle client le;
    • Pr parer et r diger diverses r solutions et documents corporatifs ;
    • Coordonner les dossiers, g rer les documents et assurer des suivis lorsque n cessaire ;
    • Proc der lincorporation et lorganisation de soci t s ;
    • Participer la r organisation de soci t s ;
    • Participer aux s ances de v rification diligente et de cl ture ;
    • Pr parer les livres et documents de cl ture ;
    • Effectuer diverses recherches et inscriptions au Registre foncier et au RDPRM ;
    • Maintenir les livres de proc s-verbaux de soci t s jour ;
    • Pr parer et d poser les documents et les d clarations annuelles requises aupr s de Corporations Canada et de OnCorp ;
    • R aliser toutes autres t ches connexes.
