• Collaborate with the culinary staff to manage and dispose of food waste responsibly.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management of restocking needs.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring a hygienic environment.

• Prior experience in a stewarding or similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitation techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Should Speak Arabic

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of kitchen operations and safety procedures.
• Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
