    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Change ManagementStrategy:

    • Develop comprehensive changemanagement strategies aligned with the programs goals andobjectives.
    • Identify potential risks andresistance factors and proactively addressthem.
    • Collaborate with leadership to integratechange management processes into projectplans.
    • Document the change management strategyand all its building blocks and components into change managementplan documents.

    2. Communication andStakeholder Engagement:

    • Create andexecute effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informedof changes.
    • Develop strategies to keep thecustomers employees and stakeholders at all levels engaged ensuringtheir understanding and support for changeinitiatives.
    • Put in place strategies to fostera positive and collaborative work environment during periods ofchange.

    3. Training andDevelopment:

    • Work with partners andcustomers to identify the support and resources needed tofacilitate a smooth transition towards the targetstate.
    • Work with partners and customers todesign and implement training programs to equip employees with thenecessary skills for the new processes andsystems.

    4. Measurement andSustainability:

    • Establish keyperformance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of changeinitiatives.
    • Develop strategies to conductregular assessments and feedback sessions to gauge the impact ofchange on customers employees andorganization.

    5. Collaboration andLeadership:

    • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of changeinitiatives.
    • Provide leadership and guidance tochange management teams fostering a culture of adaptability andcontinuousimprovement.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Aproven experience as a Change Management Lead on large scaleDigital Transformation programs or similarprograms
    • Indepth knowledge of change managementprinciples methodologies and bestpractices
    • Experience working with governmententities in the UAE (preferably) or theregion.
    • Experience in organizing major eventsinvolving high profile stakeholders and a large number of employeesusing the latest innovations in thisdomain.
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills (Arabic andEnglish)
    • Strong leadership abilities with thecapacity to influence and inspireothers.
