We are seeking dynamic and ambitious individuals to join our Finance Graduate Program.

This rotational program offers a unique opportunity for talented graduates to gain hands-on experience in different areas of finance, including Accounting, Corporate Development, Treasury, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Throughout the program, participants will receive mentorship, professional development opportunities, and exposure to senior leadership, setting the stage for a successful career in finance.

What You'll Do:

- _ _Accounting

Rotation:
_

Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Participate in monthend and yearend close processes, reconciliations, and audits.
Gain exposure to financial reporting standards and regulations.

- _Corporate Development

Rotation:
_

Support the evaluation of potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
Assist in conducting financial analysis, due diligence, and market research.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams on merger integration planning and execution.
Treasury

Rotation:
_

Assist in managing cash flow, liquidity, and risk management activities.
Support treasury operations, including cash forecasting, banking relationships, and foreign exchange management.
Gain exposure to capital markets, debt financing, and investment strategies.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Rotation:
_

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
Prepare financial models, scenario analysis, and performance reports.
Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights and support strategic decisionmaking.

What Are We Looking For:

Must be an Emirati National
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to learn and grow.
