Responsibilities for principal consultant

Mentor junior consultants in their practice areas
Preferred experience in Banking Domain.
Work Experience and eye for Digital Transformation prospects.
Work closely with other Consultants, Technical and Consulting Directors to ensure the business is stable and balanced across the practice and maintain technical excellence
Meet Utilization metrics
Strictly adhere to a consulting process based on Project Management Institute best practices
Provide oversight of projects delegated to team members to ensure consistent delivery and client satisfaction
Create any supporting tools, templates or processes to support the service lines
Developing and deploying standard SAP solutions across various businesses
Requirements gathering with the business, interacting with development team, writing functional specification, build testing scripts for developer business & training on the newly developed functionality
Should have very good documentation skills and ability to work in global environment, cultures, time zones
Scoping new projects, including definition of effort, development of cost, and statement of work
Guiding engagement execution around methodology & approach to ensure timeliness & quality of deliverables meet client expectations
Developing or providing input on strategic analytics content as commissioned by clients that focuses on solving business issues
Refining and improving analytics and measurement approaches, processes and practices
Insurance and Healthcare experience
Own the delivery of plan phase networking consulting engagements, including surveyors, assessments, design, and architecture
Partner with other Consulting Directors to execute our mission to drive revenue through a business outcome led, technology enabled strategy within a given practice domain
Develop/review detailed estimates for Design and Development phases based on functional requirements
Work as part of the project team responsible for converting the External Design into Internal Design Specifications that will be used by Developers to program the system

Qualifications for principal consultant

Prior experience with EBS HR and Payroll and/or PSFT is preferred
Experience working within Financial Services/ Capital Market
Proven experience working with marketers on deliverability related issues
Subject matter knowledge of relevant implementation responsibility
8 or more years experience in supporting 24/7 development environments
Direct experience with SOME of the following commonly accepted industry architectures/technologies including J2EE,.NET, SOA/Web Services, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, HTTP, JSON, REST
Public Sector experience preferred
Will support HCM Lead on implementation project and provide functional support in configuration and testing
25 years digital data analytics & digital transformation.
