Will provide exceptional customer experience and act as a point of contact to our high net worth customers resolving any issues and offering support across their experience.
Reporting to the Senior Head of the Dubai Office. Will retain and grow your customer portfolio by providing personalized support and access to the information our customers need.
Providing feedback to relevant departments on customers' needs; expectations and frustrations.
Must have a strong background in the forex/banking/finance/fintech/stock exchange industry.
Must be an experienced customer service manager, previously leading large teams. Preferably at the Assistant VP level.
Ability to provide Professional Services.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
