Description

We are looking to hire a Junior Accountant for our Office in Dubai to support in day to day book keeping activities.


Responsibilities:


  • Recording and filing financial transactions in the accounting system.
  • Invoice processing.
  • Processing expense requests for Finance Manager approval.
  • Regular updating of statements of accounts for clients & suppliers.
  • Petty cash review & recording.
  • Banks reconciliation.
  • Liaising with third party providers/ suppliers.
  • Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
  • Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
  • Assisting with other accounting projects.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor in Commerce, Accounts or any relevant major.
  • Excellent English verbal & written communication skills.
  • Experience in Accounting Systems. Tally is an added advantage.
  • Good Knowledge in Excel.
  • Minimum (1) year of experience is needed.
