A Team Leader for Credit Card and Personal Loans is responsible for managing and supervising a team of sales executives in the credit card and personal loan department.

The following are the key responsibilities of a Team Leader for Credit Card and Personal Loans:

Leading and motivating a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Providing training, coaching, and support to sales executives to help them reach their full potential.

Monitoring sales performance and providing regular feedback to sales executives to help them improve.

Conducting performance evaluations and managing employee performance and development plans.

Assigning sales territories and ensuring that all sales opportunities are being maximized.

Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve departmental goals.

Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Communicating company policies and procedures to the sales team and ensuring they are being followed.

Handling customer complaints and escalations, and working with the sales team to resolve any issues.

Salary:
AED4, AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
