2. Deep understanding of financial markets, trading systems, and CSD operations, along with a track record of successfully overseeing their development and implementation.
3. Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to align technology initiatives for both Exchange and CSD with business objectives.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment in the context of both Exchange and CSD functions.
5. Extensive knowledge of emerging technologies, cybersecurity, and risk management practices relevant to Exchange and CSD operations.
6. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
7. Advanced degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
