Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to oversee our Personal Loan project.

As a Team Leader, you will manage a team of Relationship Officers and ensure the successful implementation of our Personal Loan initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of Relationship Officers to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Develop strategies to promote our Personal Loan products in alignment with Islamic banking principles.
Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and coaching on sales techniques and product knowledge.
Monitor team performance and implement performance improvement plans as necessary.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Generate reports on team performance and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in a leadership role within the banking or financial services industry.
In-depth knowledge of Islamic banking principles and practices.
Strong sales and customer service skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
UAE banking experience preferred.
