As part of our services expansion plan, we require
"Business Development Manager" to join our team in
Abu Dhabi. He/ She will be responsible for the activities

  • Researching potential new leads and keeping on top of developments in the industry.
  • Conducting sales calls, and evaluating results and effectiveness of sales activity
  • Prospect, identify, qualify, quantify and prioritize all potential referral sources in the assigned territory
  • Support business development activities and help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources
  • Identify new business development opportunities in strategically defined territories, markets, and segments with the purpose of strengthening care coordination in order to address consumer needs.
  • Represent our healthcare facility by providing excellent customer service both internally and externally, using our system for contact generation, followup, and tracking to ensure client's needs are appropriately supported.
  • Analyze referral data to track and respond to trends, sharing insights and market intelligence with clinical leaders
  • Tracks marketing initiatives and prepares status reports for medical group and business development leadership review.

To qualify, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such
    Healthcare or equivalent combination of education and experience required
:


  • A good network of contacts with
    Hospitals, Home Healthcare, Corporate companies, Medical Centers, Wellness centers, Day surgery Hospitals and Hotels in the UAE.
  • Minimum of three (3) years minimum documented experience in B2B sales, referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships.
  • Out of minimum 3 years total experience; minimum two (2) years experience in Dubai, UAE.
  • Good pleasing personality with excellent communication, planning, organization, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Must be a selfstarter and able to work independently; detailoriented; selfmotivated.
  • Must have the ability to exercise good judgment in stressful situations with thoughtfulness and diplomacy.
  • Track record of successful sales
  • Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market
  • Valid UAE driving license is a must
