    Description

    The Requirements

    • Bachelor degree in an engineeringfield (ex. Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) issued by an accrediteduniversity.
    • Post-graduate certification relatedto program, project, risk and disputes management is aplus.
    • Post-graduate certification related toprogram, project, risk and disputes management is aplus.
    • 4+ total years of relevantexperience.
    • Experience in actual delivery ofconstruction and capital projects.
    • Ability tosupport multiple projects inparallel.
    • Experience with a managementconsulting firm is a plus.
    • Technical andanalytical skills with the ability to translate complex issues tosupport the creation and delivery of clear and understandableclient solutions.
    • Experience around reviewingcapital projects performance.
    • Experience aroundprojects' governance, risks &controls.
    • Passionate about delivery of capitalprojects and has a strong desire to succeed by learning fromcolleagues and creating collaborative relationships at alllevels.
    • Ability to manage or work effectivelywithin a team to deliver projects andsolutions.
    • Motivated to build excellent workingrelationships and meet deadlines successfully in a fast paced& dynamic environment.
    • Understanding ofthe KSA working environment in large corporate private,semi-government, & governmententities.
    • Strong negotiationskills.
    • Confident communicator and can delivermessages with impact to a wide variety ofaudiences.
