    • Be aware of room status and alsowith the competitor's status.
    • Checkcredit limit report and discrepancy report and to conduct follow upand necessary action accordingly.
    • Check themanagement of "noshow".
    • Ensure that there are amplestocks of all items needed and initiate requisition for suppliesrunning low.
    • Attends to VIParrival.
    • Develops high quality relationshipswith guests, from the moment they arrive and throughout their stay,in order to foster loyalty
    • Be aware about localrequirements (follow up and be responsible for the DTCM and Policerequirements).
    • Conducts and attend departmentalmeetings and trainingprograms

    Qualifications

    • Servicefocused personality is essential; experience is anasset
    • Prior experience working with Opera or arelated system
    • Fluency in English; additionallanguages are a plus
