- Check themanagement of "noshow".
- Ensure that there are amplestocks of all items needed and initiate requisition for suppliesrunning low.
- Attends to VIParrival.
- Develops high quality relationshipswith guests, from the moment they arrive and throughout their stay,in order to foster loyalty
- Be aware about localrequirements (follow up and be responsible for the DTCM and Policerequirements).
- Conducts and attend departmentalmeetings and trainingprograms
- Servicefocused personality is essential; experience is anasset
- Prior experience working with Opera or arelated system
- Fluency in English; additionallanguages are a plus
