**Description: - The installation and production supervisor is responsible for all the activities related to the production and installation of the rolling shutters

Key performance indicators are:

Plan, coordinate and direct the overall activities of the Production and installation team and maintain a work force consistent with business activity.
Schedule and coordinate the project to control job quality ensuring timely completion and maximum customer satisfaction.
Communicate job information to proper personnel to allow for effective planning and execution of the project requirements.
Ensure full compliance to health and safety procedures.
