The Role
We are Liven Realty Dubai a real estate rental and sale service in Dubai and we are looking for a Property Consultant who will attract apartment owners to trust management


Duties:

Negotiating and advising clients on the terms of the product; Closing of hot deals namely: meeting consultation work with objections signing a contract in the office; Formation of a base of partner agents namely: attending offline meetings of the real estate community meeting agents establishing trusting partnerships sales and repeat sales; Visits to the facilities to evaluate the object and conduct a presentation to the client.

Requirements

Requirements: Experience in sales from 2 years; Excellent knowledge of the specifics of the UAE sphere and market; Knowledge of Russian and English at the B2 level; Communication skills negotiation skills; Presentable appearance; Having your own base of agent partners will be a significant plus


Conditions:

Cash support from the company for the first 3 months: 2000 AED; Commission % Official employment medical insurance; Comfortable office on Business Bay; Compensation for communication costs; Mentoring at all stages; Friendly young team; Prospects for growth and development.
