    Qualifications:

    • 5-6Years Post-Qualification Experience: Proven track record inhandling M&A transactions, ideally gained in a Magic Circleor lateral US Law firm.
    • Common-Law Admission:Admission to a common-law jurisdiction isrequired.
    • Native Arabic Speakers (Advantageous,but not Essential): Proficiency in Arabic would be a strong asset,but it is not a strict requirement.
    • StrategicThinker: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with theability to think strategically.
    • ExceptionalCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communicationskills.
    • Global Perspective: An understanding ofinternational and regional legal issues is aplus.
