Travel Sales Consultant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Travel Sales Consultant to join our team in Dubai.

As a Travel Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and organizing their travel experiences, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable journey.

Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, understanding clients' needs, and providing expert advice on travel options and destinations.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget constraints.
• Offer personalized travel recommendations and itineraries that align with clients' desires.
• Provide detailed information about various travel destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities.
• Collaborate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel service providers to secure reservations and negotiate packages.
• Process bookings, reservations, and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Keep uptodate with industry trends, travel regulations, and visa requirements for various destinations.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the travel industry.
• Indepth knowledge of travel destinations, itineraries, and travel products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in using reservation systems and booking platforms.
• Multilingual abilities, especially in English and Arabic, are a plus.
• Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• A passion for travel and a genuine interest in creating memorable experiences for clients.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
