- To ensure that the Outlet ismanaged efficiently according to the established conceptstatements.
- To ensure that all operatingstandards are adhered to in order to achieve the level of serviceestablished in the Departmental OperationsManual.
- To assign responsibilities tosubordinates and to check their performanceperiodically
- To be on the floor at alltimes.
- To assist in the operations during busyperiods.
- To liaise with the Kitchen andBeverage department on daily operation and quality. To handle allguest complaints, requests and enquiries on food, beverage andservice. To establish a rapport with guests maintaining goodcustomer relationship. To ensure that the Outlet / Restaurantcashiering procedures are strictly adhered to. To assist in therevision and updating of the Outlet / Restaurant DepartmentalOperations Manual on an as needed basis. To assist in planning andorganizing festive food promotions within the Outlet / Restaurantmanager.
