Our primary target market is interior designers and interior consultants.
We are currently looking for a Sales coordinator with experience in the Interior Design Industry.
The job description will include managing the sales team and facilitate communication between sales representative. Your primary function is to collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth integration of sales and marketing activities.


Key Requirements for this job are as below:

  • Maintain organized sales records and report month end goal setting to the Senior Management
  • Arrange for creation and distribution of presentation and supporting documents to help the Sales Team.
  • Tracking new inquiries and making sure the Quotations for the same are sent on time.
  • Taking responsibility of all the documents, samples, materials required for active inquires to be ready on time and to be handed over to the sales team.
  • Coordinating with the design team for quotations, designs, shop drawings and making sure that they are sent on time.
  • Handling requests and queries from the sales team
  • Establish active communication and engagement with the Sales team and the design team to ensure that the work assigned is completed.
  • Assisting the senior management for ordering sample and material as requested by the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team and the Management in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month end reports.
  • Maintaining the inventory log of all the Carpet samples, catalogues and other marketing material.
  • Tagging and maintaining records of all the Samples that are received from the factory.
  • Work with other departments within the company to bring in additional help on creating sales presentations when needed

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent team development and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
