Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Concept Developer with expertise in 3D modeling to join our team. As a Concept Developer, you will be responsible for transforming ideas and concepts into visually appealing and functional designs.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and marketing professionals, to develop innovative and compelling concepts for various projects.

Your expertise in 3D modeling will be crucial in bringing these concepts to life and effectively communicating ideas to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:


Concept Development:
Collaborate with teams to understand project requirements and objectives, and translate them into unique and engaging design concepts.

Utilize your proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Autodesk Maya, Blender) to create realistic and accurate visual representations of concepts.

Visualization:
Generate high-quality renderings, animations, or prototypes to effectively communicate concepts to internal teams and clients.

Research and Inspiration:
Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and artistic techniques to enhance the quality and innovation of concept development.

Collaboration:

Work closely with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to refine and iterate on concept designs based on feedback and project requirements.

Presentation:
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase concepts, explaining design decisions, and justifying creative choices to stakeholders.

Documentation:
Create and maintain documentation related to concept development, including design specifications, material references, and technical guidelines.

Time and Resource Management:
Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of concept designs within allocated resources.


Requirements:


Education:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field. A portfolio of relevant work demonstrating proficiency in 3D modeling is essential.

Experience:
Proven experience in concept development and 3D modeling, preferably in a design agency or similar environment.

3D Modeling Skills:
Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling software, such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, or similar tools.

Creative Thinking:

Strong conceptualization and visualization abilities, with the ability to think outside the box and develop unique and innovative design concepts.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present and explain concepts to stakeholders.
