NOTE:
IMMEDIATE JOINERS WILL BE PREFERRED.Requirements

Education in construction + architecture.
Availability of an engineer certificate card under the G+unl license in Dubai.
Work experience in Dubai - from 8 years, at least 5 years as construction director, chief project engineer.
The number of completed projects in Dubai (general contractor license G+unl) is at least 3x.
Experience working with Nakheel, Trakheesi, DLD and other regulatory authorities.
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai Building Code and other regulatory documents.
Experience and control of subcontractors.
Experience working with suppliers for all positions, UAE, import.


Experience in optimizing project costs:
revision of design solutions, recalculation of volumes, loads, use of modern technologies and materials.
Must be a Russian speaker.
Experience is more important with local market min 3-5 years.
English is a must as well.
