Are you an experienced service advisor with a passion for supercars? We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team in the UAE, where you'll be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to owners of high performance and luxury vehicles.

Responsibilities:


  • Act as the main point of contact for supercar owners requiring maintenance and repairs.
  • Evaluate customer concerns, document service requirements, and communicate clear explanations of recommended services, costs, and timeframes.
  • Efficiently schedule service appointments and coordinate vehicle dropoff and pickup.
  • Collaborate with service technicians and the parts department to ensure timely and effective repairs.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles, addressing any delays or issues promptly.
  • Assist customers in prioritizing maintenance and repairs, emphasizing safety concerns when necessary.
  • Offer additional services, parts, or accessories when appropriate and aligned with customer needs.
  • Handle billing and payment processing for services rendered.
  • Maintain meticulous service records and documentation.
  • Stay updated on the latest supercar technologies, service procedures, and industry trends.
  • Uphold the dealership's high standards for customer service and quality.
  • Work in conjunction with the sales team to promote and offer supercar maintenance and service packages to customers.
  • Ensure a clean and organized service area and customer waiting space.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance your knowledge and skills.
  • Present a professional appearance and demeanour when interacting with customers.
  • Adhere to all applicable regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a service advisor, specializing in supercars.
  • Deep knowledge of supercar technologies, maintenance, and repair processes.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in service management software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; automotive or technical education is a plus.
  • Familiarity with UAE automotive regulations and standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, customercentric environment.
  • A genuine passion for supercars and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Salary:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month
