Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Boat After Sales Supervisor to lead our team in ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience following their boat purchase.

You will oversee all aspects of the after-sales process, from customer handoff after sale to warranty work and service scheduling.


Responsibilities:


Customer Focus:


  • Ensure a smooth transition for new boat owners from sales to aftersales care.
  • Conduct comprehensive handover sessions, familiarizing customers with their new boat's features, operation, and maintenance.
  • Oversee the detailing and final preparation of boats for customer pickup or delivery.
  • Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally, working towards high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer expectations and timelines for service and repairs.

Team Leadership:


  • Supervise and lead a team of aftersales technicians and detailers, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Delegate tasks, provide training and coaching to team members, and track their performance.
  • Foster a culture of safety and ensure all aftersales procedures are followed according to regulations.

Process Management:


  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of service appointments, parts ordering, and warranty claims.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer service requests, repairs, and warranty work.
  • Collaborate with parts department to ensure timely availability of necessary parts.
  • Monitor service costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Work with the service department to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.

Technical Knowledge:


  • Possess a strong understanding of boat systems, including engines, electrical components, and basic mechanics.
  • Stay uptodate on industry best practices for boat maintenance and repairs.
  • Identify potential issues with boats and recommend appropriate solutions.

Additional Responsibilities:


  • Participate in creating and maintaining aftersales protocols and procedures.
  • Identify and implement improvements to the aftersales process for increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • May be required to participate in boat shows or other customer events.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 35 years of experience in the marine industry, preferably in boat aftersales or service departments.
  • English & Arabic is preferred
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and boat industryspecific software (if applicable).
  • A valid driver's license.
  • A strong working knowledge of boat systems and mechanics is a plus.
  • Certifications in boat maintenance or repair are a plus

Pay:
AED5, AED8,000.00 per month

After Sale: 2 years (required)

  • UAE Driving license (required)
