Currently, we are looking for two full-time Commercial Client Account Managers in DubaiResponsibilities:

Setting up new client accounts and engaging in the initial communication with the clients.
Using Zen desk to manage incoming support requests and escalate them to other team members if needed.
Identify clients with greater revenue potential for them to be moved to a personal client manager.
Ability to manage a high volume of requests through prioritisation.
Admin duties related to clients assigned to the Customer Success team.
Basic understanding of local/international payments.
