    The successful candidate will play a key role in understanding the needs of the business / CEO to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, organisation skills and a professional presentation. If you have previous experience as an Executive Assistant, a Personal Assistant or as a Senior Administrative Assistant, and have familiarity within the media industry, we'd like to meet you.



    Requirements

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Executive Assistant will primarily be responsible for but not limited to the following:

    Key Responsibilities
    • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings and produce agendas
    • Take meeting actions points and follow them up with the senior management teamBook travel and prepare complex travel itineraries including arrangement of flights, accommodation, visas and transfers
    • Maintain a high level of awareness of internal priorities and support required
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company, providing excellent support to the CEO
    • Act as the main liaison between the senior management team and the CEO
    • Manage CEO report and update requests, ensuring information is garnered in a timely and accurate manner
    • Manage CEO's expenses and petty cash
    • General admin support to the CEO including drafting letters, emails, reports, bill payments
    • Conduct ad hoc comprehensive research
    • Attend high profile events as requested by the CEO
    • Build relations with key staff in order to glean updates and data quickly upon request
    • Support corporate team with duties including content updates, event management, research and other ad hoc duties

    PERSON REQUIREMENTS

    • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
    • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel)
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
    • Ability to take initiative and be proactive
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
    • Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional evening and weekend hours
