Job summary
We are looking for a hands-on, technically strong, client-facing professional to join our Tax & Regulatory Compliance Practice for the Middle East interested in a dynamic role in Middle East taxation & regulatory compliances business advisory financial reporting MIS consolidations and cross-border financial advisory.
Responsibilities
- UAE Taxation & Regulatory Compliances Independently manage UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance including registrations return filings assessments advisory on applicability exemptions planning opportunities Provide ongoing tax advisory to clients on operational transactional matters Ensure compliance with AML UBO ESR and other regulatory filings Liaise with the Federal Tax Authority FTA authorities when required Accounting Bookkeeping MIS Oversight Oversee bookkeeping accounting for client entities Assist in Preparation of monthly quarterly annual MIS reports detailed variance ratio analysis Prepare standalone consolidated financial statements in compliance applicable FR framework Analyse financial data advise clients on Business performance Cash-flow compliance risks Corrective remedial measures Coordinate internal teams external auditors as required UAE Business Setup Implementation Advise clients suitable jurisdiction incorporation Mainland Free Zones ADGM DIFC RAKICC etc Lead end-to-end company formation including Licensing strategy Shareholding governance structuring Drafting review constitutional documents Handle post-incorporation compliances amendments renewals restructuring Client Management Independent Handling Act primary point contact assigned clients Independently handle client meetings queries problem-solving Build maintain strong client relationships through professional advisory responsiveness Ensure high standards delivery documentation communication Thought Leadership Knowledge Development Draft blogs insights technical updates developments UAE taxation Regulatory changes Business structuring trends Middle East Continuously update technical knowledge share insights internally Work closely cross-functional teams tax legal business advisory Contribute process improvement implementation best practices reporting
