Our client is oneof the reputed operations in the facilities management industryproviding facilities services & solutions to royal clientsassociated with them in the entire kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Theyare looking to hire an HVAC engineer for their site based in RiyadhinKSA.

Inthis role, your job responsibilities will be:

• Superviseand direct a workforce of Facility and MaintenanceTechnicians
  
• Performpreventive maintenance and repair service work on HVAC mechanicalplumbing electrical and various other building systems to maintainthe properties in peak operationalcondition
  
• Surveyingsites ahead of fitting heating, ventilation or air conditioningsystems.Planning the placement of pipework, ducts and control panels.Installing HVACcomponents
  
• Conductenergy audits to identify where system and operational changes canbe made to decrease the property s energyconsumption
  
• Overseeannual service work on chillers, cooling towers, and pump systemsto optimize the operations of thesystem.
  
• Utilizedbuilding design and construction techniques knowledge andblueprints up to and including roofing windows structural facadesystems HVAC electronic and plumbing systems for buildingpreventive maintenance andrepair

Requirements

Tobe considered for this role you must fulfill the belowcriteria:

-Minimumof 3 years of UAE experience in the FM industry
-Shouldbe able to handle a team of technicians
-Should be willing to relocate to RIYADH for thisopportunity.
-SalaryPackage+ accommodation & transportation allowance providedby thecompany.
