    • Facilitatein generation of process workflow/process ID card documents inorder to collaborate on process improvements automationcapabilities and clearly defined endtoend usecases.
    • Reviewinformation and trends to ensure that the output of processes isachieving the desired results and that services are meetingagreedupon servicelevels.
    • Conductweekly review meeting with Business stakeholders to highlight areasof improvement orconcerns.
    • Identifyissues and risks and document the same as part of Process IDCard/Process Definition Document/Business RequirementDocument.
    • Bringinconsistencies and problems to the attention ofmanagement.
    • ConductDiscovery Workshop meeting withBusiness.
    Trackall project related activities using JIRA and ensure adherence ofthe process and escalation requirements within the various supportand deliveryareas.
