• Facilitatein generation of process workflow/process ID card documents inorder to collaborate on process improvements automationcapabilities and clearly defined endtoend usecases.
  
• Reviewinformation and trends to ensure that the output of processes isachieving the desired results and that services are meetingagreedupon servicelevels.
  
• Conductweekly review meeting with Business stakeholders to highlight areasof improvement orconcerns.
  
• Identifyissues and risks and document the same as part of Process IDCard/Process Definition Document/Business RequirementDocument.
  
• Bringinconsistencies and problems to the attention ofmanagement.
  
• ConductDiscovery Workshop meeting withBusiness.
  

Trackall project related activities using JIRA and ensure adherence ofthe process and escalation requirements within the various supportand deliveryareas.

Facilitate ingeneration of process workflow/process ID card documents in orderto collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities andclearly defined end-to-end use cases. Review information and trendsto ensure that the output of processes is achieving the desiredresults and that services are meeting agreed-upon service levels.Conduct weekly review meeting with Business stakeholders tohighlight areas of improvement or concerns. Identify issues andrisks and document the same as part of Process ID Card/ProcessDefinition Document/Business Requirement Document. Bringinconsistencies and problems to the attention of management.Conduct Discovery Workshop meeting with Business.
