Description
Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Architectural and Civil Draughtsman in the GCC.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and familiarity with BIM workflows is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of architectural and civil drafting principles, techniques, and standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting, with a focus on quality.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in the GCC region.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
  • Locally available in the UAE.
  • Can join immediately within a week once selected.

Salary:
AED6, AED7,500.00 per month
