We are on the lookout for dynamic, passionate and energetic candidates to join our successful team as Real Estate Agents.

Job requirements:

• Generating new business using the client database
• Matching clients to specific properties
• Arranging and conducting viewings
• Negotiating offers with developers
• Managing the sale or lease as it proceeds and liaising with all interested parties
• Expert up-to-date knowledge of the rules and regulations surrounding the residential property market within Dubai
• Becoming knowledgeable about your specific area in Dubai

Key job functions:

• Stay in constant touch with your team manager/head to update about all ongoing lead updates, transactions and seek his help to improvise
• Arranging appointments with company's in-house photographer to take latest and HD pictures of the property
• Follow documentation process for every transaction and make sure the compliance is met always

Renumeration:

• Visa and medical insurance
• 50/50 commission structure
• Extensive marketing support
• Company car if required

Others:

• Driving license essential (UAE Based )
• Any nationality welcome
• Languages- English compulsory written and spoken to European standards
• Arabic/ French/ Persian/ Spanish/ Chinese and Russian speaking is a bonus
