Description
The Treasury Officer will be responsible for ensuring adequate liquidity, executing financial transactions, and preparing all related reports.

This role will work closely with the finance team to ensure that all treasury activities are aligned with the company's overall financial plan.


Responsibilities:


  • Execute financial transactions such as wire transfers, investments, and debt management in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly treasury reports to track and analyze cash position.
  • Manage bank relationships, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure compliance with bank covenants.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in treasury operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to cash management, foreign exchange, and debt management.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all treasury transactions and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including accounting, tax, and legal departments, to ensure alignment of treasury activities with the company's overall financial plan.

Required Education & Experience:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills
  • MS Office: Proficient with MS Office Suite including strong Excel skills
  • Knowledge of general treasury & accounting treatment
  • Strong knowledge of financial instruments, credit facilities and treasury best practices and accounting treatment.

Preferred Certifications:


  • Certified Treasury Professional
