Description
Make travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.Provide administrative support to employees such as archiving, data entry, copying, scanning, printing, etc.
Send and receive documents or items via a courier as required.
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Support team by performing tasks related to accounting, drafting contracts, preparing reports/documents, drafting Board of Directors minutes and drafting Shareholders and Board resolutions.
Update common folders and review reports on a regular basis and as requested.Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Maintain IT equipment and office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Maintain track on ADGM/UAE or industry related and keep employees informed at all times.
Manage the calendar of senior executives, arrange and book virtual and local meeting rooms ahead of time and when required
Other tasks as assigned by the line manager

Experience:
- administrative assistant: 3 years (preferred)
