Job Description
We are looking for an Admin cum Accounts who have experience working in Advertising Companies.

You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about Gold Savings scheme products, services, terms and conditions, payment method and provide support for sales executives.

You will verify customer information, issue invoices, relay order instructions, and complete the monthly sales report.

Responsibilities:

- update the accounts department for payment details and report.

Operate all Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, Power point.
Reviewing and Reconciling accounts and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.
Assist in the resolution of order processing problems by working as the liaison person between sales executive and the customer.
Perform and maintain all the documentation work related to the Accounts Department.
Providing Administrative support to staff.
Provide general assistance to the sales team.
Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
Identify and address discrepancy.

Requirements and Skills.

Willing to join immediately
Proven work experience as an Admin cum Accounts in Advertising Company
Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations
Handson experience with accounting software
Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
Good organizational and timemanagement abilities
BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field

Salary:
AED3, AED3,500.00 per month
