Job Title:
Sales coordinator/executive. ( hospitality and central kitchen only )
Reports to:
business development manager, managing director.
Job Overview:
Sales Coordination:
sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Handle inquiries, customer orders, and resolve customer issues promptly.
Order Management:
ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and prevent stockouts.
Monitor and track orders through various platforms and systems.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service, inquiries, and concerns.
Handle customer feedback
Communication:
effective communication with sales, kitchen, and delivery teams.
Communicate promotions, new menu items, and special offers to customers.
Update customers on order status and delivery timelines.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records.
Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to gather customer insights.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing and promotions teams to implement sales campaigns.
Work closely with the kitchen staff to optimize menu offerings based on customer preferences.
Collaborate with delivery partners and logistics teams to streamline the delivery process.
Problem Solving:
Address and resolve issues related to order errors, delays, and customer complaints.
Proactively identify potential challenges and implement solutions.
Technology Proficiency:
Familiarity with order management systems, POS systems, and other relevant technologies.
Adapt to new technologies and tools that enhance sales and customer service.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with the food industry, particularly cloud kitchens and food delivery services.
Proficient in using sales and CRM software.
