Coordinator - UAE National - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Edara
Description
The purpose of this position is to provide a comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the to the team and individual members of staff in order to facilitate and support team's day-to-day tasks and support the efficient delivery of the team's key objectives.
- Arrange various events (meetings, conferences etc.) as per the team's requirements.
- Organize business travel logistics and arrangements for transportation and hotels for the team members.
- Assist with the general office and clerical duties - filing, internal/external post, diary appointments, switchboard relief etc.
- Prepare PowerPoint slides / documentation for meetings.
- Provide administrative support for meetings including minute taking, word processing of agendas, minutes and standard letters.
- Provide ad hoc administrative duties and specific project support to the team - as required.
- Source and order stationery and office equipment
- Communicates effectively with employees and provide relevant information upon request.
- Receive and distributes incoming mail and deals directly with routine queries / drafts responses where appropriate
- Ensure unlocking of EB IDs for vendor's FAC submission and validate required documentations for further FAC processing.
- Raise ERP requests ei. Payment request, Purchase Order, GSRN, MAR, Move Order.
Minimum experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Preferably experienced in writing letters and official communication in both Arabic and English.

- Minimum diploma
Experience:
