Your career at Deutsche Börse Group:

Your Area of Work

As Customer Service in our Dubai office, you will be responsible for managing customer queries and providing solution to customer issues, and support RMs in maintaining and developing relations.


Your Responsibilities
This role combines relationship management and client services with focus on KYC

  • Prepare and present proposals and product presentations to potential new customers
  • Handle the client onboarding process from initial contact until account activation
  • Ensure clients onboarded have full access to system, trainings done to manage their accounts, and reporting setup done
  • Support clients on all products subscription (required documents, filling forms, internal followups with Documentation and product teams)
  • Collect full KYC documentation and related requirements on clients under responsibility
  • Update CRM tool for documents collected within the set deadlines
  • Initiate, establish and maintain excellent relationships with existing and prospective customers (banks and financial institutions)
  • Monitor service levels, escalate and resolve potential operational problems to ensure high quality standards, handle customer enquiries on settlement and custody
  • Keep abreast of market updates, products developments, and competitors
  • Manage customer queries and provide solutions to customer issues
  • Deliver training on our products and services
  • Help to organise inhouse trainings for customers
  • Conduct regular service reviews with customers, and address any issues
  • Visit customers independently and with RM in the region
  • Identify the needs of prospective clients in assigned areas for settlement and custody and work with RM to deliver solutions
  • Work closely with RM on deepening existing relationships, sales pitches, and refer any potential business to RM
  • Support line manager to execute agreed business plan

Your Profile

  • Banking experience preferably in Securities Services or Treasury/Capital Markets department
  • KYC experience with Compliance AML/CFT knowledge
  • Work in a multicultural environment (internally and externally)
  • Presentation skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage deliverables in time
  • English required (Arabic and/or French is a plus)
