Description

The Vice President of Operations will be working together with the Executive team to grow and execute the company's vision and value as well as lead the data analytics function to obtain insights from user data, allowing data-driven decision-making across the organization.

In addition, this role will also oversee the customer support team ensuring customers receive excellent service whilst making sure to mitigate any risk.
