Purposeof therole:
Responsiblefor the execution of the internal project kick-off and clientkick-off, ensuring the full hand-over from Audit and Engineering toenable Projectstart
Coordinateand support the project team on site, leading and supervisingprojectengineers

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the execution of the internal project kick-off andclient kick-off, ensuring the full hand-over from Audit andEngineering to enable Projectstart
Prepare and execute project schedules with attention to budgetarylimitations
Solicit feedback from Procurement, Audit and Engineering regardingfeasibility of project schedule andbudget
Responsible for material procurement, warehousing onsite
Independently manage projects and is responsible of any activitiesat clientsite
Conduct project progress reports, client updates and drive internaland clients progressmeetings
Prepare risk assessment and methodstatements
Provide ongoing cost and estimate analysis reporting; manageallocation ofcosts
Monitor all phases of projects to ensure alignment with budgets andestimates, making team aware of issues, coordinating adjustments toachieveobjectives
Drive completion of OMM and client documentation forhand-over
Develop and maintain viable long-term relationships with customersandsubcontractors
Ensure smooth transition to Customer Service and Asset Managementteams for commissioning and performancework
Coordinate and support the project team on site, leading andsupervising projectengineers
Ensure that the operations of the sites are not impacted by theinstallationwork.


Qualifications:
Bachelor s or Msc degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering,EnvironmentalEngineering
Knowledge on HVAC controls and Start- Delta and Auto Transformerstarters. Specialist qualification in refrigeration andair-conditioning and Energy Management will be an addedadvantage
Design knowledge of piping and ducting according to ASHRAEStandards an addedadvantage
Project management certifications a plus eg.

PMP
Required fluency in English and other Asian languagesbeneficial
Managed chiller systems installation and chiller systemsreplacementsprojects.
Well-versed in safety and construction regulations with respect tochiller systeminstallation

Requirements

Experience:
More than 3 years project management experience (HVAC orinfrastructureprojects)
Engineering background (Either Mech or Elect) preferablyHVAC
Stakeholdermanagement
Previously Worked in similarField
Previously Worked in M&EContractor
Previously worked in ESCOCompany
