Careland Facilities Management LLC is currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager in Dubai to support and lead sales and business development activities.

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team.

You must be based in Dubai, UAE currently, you will be responsible for the full scope of Business Development responsibilities such as developing and encouraging innovation to develop and grow the business beyond core activities and secure Careland Facilities management's position as a preferred supplier.

This is a challenging role in a fantastic sector, enthusiasm, energy, and drive is required for you to be successful in the role.

Ideally, we would love an individual with Facilities Management background to compliment the skill set in the team.

We are looking for an individual that embeds themselves into our business and drives our values to the forefront of sales and business development.

Business Development manager Responsibilities:

• Generating leads ( new businesses)

- approaching companies to arrange meetings, presenting, and introducing our company and our services.

• Identifying, developing and winning new contracts and ensuring new business is delivered within the acceptable profit levels.
• Managing and increasing sales by maintaining and developing customer accounts.
• Actively developing sales from new and lapsed customers.
• Growing the account base, through proactive and structured account reviews.
• Continually maximizing profit through effective account management.
• Achieving individual sales targets and managing each of your customer accounts to the agreed level.
• Create, maintain, and develop long term relationships to identify new opportunities of growth and negotiating client contracts and increasing new business pipeline.
• Take ownership of bid submissions and work closely with senior management to design and execute preagreed strategies built around developing new business growth.
• Create, maintain, and develop key accounts for organic growth and new business.
• Work independently with mínimal supervision.
• Manage prospective clients by identifying the expectations of the prospects and designing commercial proposals specific to the prospect.
• Networking
• Identify and attend tradeshows and other business functions to keep abreast of developments in the marketplace, to find potential new business, and to market company's endtoend solutions.

Bussiness Development manager Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
• Proven working experience in Business Development.
• Should have a good understanding of facilities management (UAE Facilities management experience is mandatory).
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record.
• Ability to negotiate with key decision makers.
• Excellent communication, facilitation skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as an individual and as part of a team.
• Ability to demonstrate good organisational qualities and multitask efficiently.
• Ability to translate the needs of our customers into working procedures and sales opportunities.
• Should have UAE experience.
• IT literate.
• Should be experienced in a dynamic fast moving work place environment.
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Exceptional client relationship management skills.
