Description
Headway is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Document Controller.

This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless flow of documentation process, contributing to the successful completion of our projects.


Responsibilities:

Document Management: Organize and maintain all project documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.

Version Control: Manage document versions to ensure that all team members are working with the latest and most accurate information.

Distribution: Facilitate the timely distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders, both internal and external, ensuring proper approvals and signatures.

Archiving: Establish and maintain an efficient archiving system for completed projects, ensuring easy retrieval of information for future reference.

Quality Control: Perform regular audits to ensure document accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, designers, contractors, and other team members to facilitate efficient communication and document exchange.


Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role, preferably in the fit-out or construction industry.

Technical Skills: Proficient in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Organization: Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Time Management: Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.


Qualifications:


  • Experience in Contracting & Fitout is a must. (Minimum of 2 years)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Dubai: Relocate before starting work (required)
