    1- Education RecruiterJob: Full TimeLocation: Dubai, UAEDescription:The Education Recruiter will be a part of the People and Organisation Department and would be required to form effective partnerships with the HRBP(s), school and cluster senior leaders to implement recruitment plans and ensure GEMS schools all are fully staffed with proficient, qualified teachers.

    S/he is responsible for the full spectrum of the recruitment plan from advertising vacancies and shortlisting candidates to closing successful hires and ensuring the best possible candidate experience throughout the process.


    Job Responsibilities:
    Consistent implementation of robust recruitment processes and best practices.

    Lead and deliver on the recruitment of all vacancies as per the recruitment-operating model in assigned schools or clusters and working with challenging KPIs.

    Screen and interview prospective candidates and would be able to assess their suitability for the role through face to face, online or phone interviewsLong list and shortlist applicants to make recommendations to the next stage as per the recruitment operating model (e.g. Principal / Senior Leadership Team).


    Job Requirements:


    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.5yrs+ recruitment experience is essential, with some experience of agency recruitment preferredExperience of working in the Education sector is preferredStrong communication skills.

    Ability to work with stakeholders.
