Description
Maintains the availability of plant automation systems on multiple platforms, programmable logic controllers (PLC), and Distributed Control Systems (DCS) through running regular checks and periodic monitoring to maintain Business Continuity at all times.
Decipher process requirements through one-to-one meetings and analyse complex systems development or modification or enhancement issues and ensure to communicate to relevant stakeholders to take appropriate action in time.
Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional associations on a regular basis to guarantee top of the line servicing and monitoring.
Participate with Specialist in Troubleshoot/diagnose, modify and repair automation and network hardware, software and communications problems, and prepare upgrade/replacement plans Develops and maintains accurate and up-to-date documentation, monitoring reports, logs and files.
Further consolidates project documentation and software for future reference.Schedule visits at least once a week to prepare system/network performance and end user requirements reports to team leader to take appropriate actions when need arise.
Validate Cybersecurity and Safety system implementation gaps and provide gaping report.#J-18808-Ljbffr
